One of the tips I picked up on the tubes of the internets was to build a couple of packs of dessicant into the interior space between the two windows. This will soak up any moisture which might occur from condensation or humidity. I've stowed some silica packs in the side pieces, which will be covered in fabric attached with spray adhesive.
