We cut up a 2x4 into a template using the rafter square and some space-age tracing technology, then I cut 8 rafters from treated wood to support the sheathing. With a little fine-tuning, each rafter slid into place, held to the ledger by simpson brackets and using birdsmouth (also called crow's foot) cuts to nestle onto the header beam.
