Recuerdos Del Pasado

(Memories of the Past)
This is a Venuzuelan Waltz played by Sam Manning's Rhythm Boys
in 1934. The tune's old-fashioned double clarinet lead is a reminder
of Trinidad's South American and Spanish influences.

This is a 5-part arrangement, and is intended for a small combo of 5-8 players.
Tenor pans play the top melody line, Double Tenors take the harmony part.
Double Seconds can play the first strumming part, and low guitars or cellos
must learn a difficult arpeggiated backing part. Bass players must be precise
in their playing to keep the song moving forward lightly.
