You can repeat the C section again the last time through.

Bass players use the "trés" pattern to follow the chords. Inner Pans
can strum using several patterns. Try agreeing to use a different
strum pattern for each different section of the song. Where it says
"N.C." (no chord), everyone play those notes in unison.
