Lawn Sculpture at CWU

The Toucans have been busy playing back to school events all September, but the best one of all was at Central Washington University in Ellensburg. The band livelied up the central green with tropical tunes in the sunshine, and the girls at the root beer float stand nearby kept the band swimming in creamy root beer all afternoon. This gigantic iron sculpture loomed overhead, and startled the band when the top part swung around to catch a passing breeze.
