The back door threshold required a slightly different approach. I used a narrow-profile commercial transition and a separate drip edge bar on the door. The rubber seals in each of these mate to form an airtight seal. It was a tricky bit of business to tuck the transition underneath the extra-thick double jamb, but it finally snapped into place.
