This tune was played by the Phase II Pan Groove in Trinidad's
Panorama competition 1989. They barely missed first place.

Inner Pans

Double Seconds, Cellos & Guitar pans, play a double or a triple strum pattern
where the whole note chords are. Those measures show the notes of the chord,
not the rhythm. Suggested short arrangment structure:
Intro 2x - Verse 2x - Chorus 1x - Verse 1x - Chorus 2x - Break Section - Chorus 2x & Out
