Marcus & Big John have a sweet little craft; a 1964 cabin cruiser which they are slowly and carefully restoring. It's the perfect vessel to cruise Lake Washington!

Most of the Choir was able to make the cruise, and lots of extra friends made for a great Northwest summer afternoon.

Wha happen?
As the day turned into night, we finished up the grilling and headed to Lake Union to meet up with Jenny Violin and a couple of happy hour drinks at Ivar's.

spider_belly
These two spiders were huge, and had a perfect setup next to the dock's power station, where lots of bugs were easy prey. I was able to get a shot of one's top, and one's belly. Check out the death's head on the stomach!
